Move between mineral-rich water, heat, steam and cold, taking time to rest and reset along the way.

There is no prescribed circuit and no competition to stay in the heat the longest or conquer the coldest plunge. Listen to your body and spend your time where it feels best.

    A large communal pool of warm, mineral-rich water. The centre of the bathhouse, and a place to linger.

  • Hammam

    Humid steam

    A warm, humid steam room that opens the lungs, hydrates the skin and lets the body fully let go.

  • Traditional Sauna

    80° dry

    Dry heat that encourages sweating, stillness and release. A quiet ritual for easing tension.

  • Infrared Sauna

    Gentle heat

    Gentler heat that penetrates deeply. Ideal for recovery, joint support and regular use.

  • Cold Plunge

    Cold, clear and invigorating. Short immersions reset the nervous system and bring you back to the present.

    Dry salt air

    A calm, meditative space infused with dry salt air to support respiratory health, skin balance and mental clarity.
